The Minimum Requirements That Must Be Met
• The National Senior Certificate, which denotes completion of the 12th grade
• Possessing a certificate in office administration or a qualification that is equivalent would be advantageous for this role.
The ability to pass the Rand Waters K53 examination and the possession of a driver’s licence that is still valid are both required.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a human resources environment that matches the requirements of the position
Most Important Obligations
Within the scope of their responsibilities, the driver will be accountable for delivering and collecting mail and packages simultaneously.
• It is required that inspections be carried out on a daily basis, and that any accidents or malfunctions that may take place within the human resources vehicle be reported. By doing so, the vehicle will be guaranteed to be suitable for usage on public roads at all times. It is imperative that the automobile is maintained clean and organised at all times.
In this position, the incumbent is accountable for the collection and delivery of documents to and from places that are owned by Rand Water.
• It is the incumbent’s duty to ensure that the Log book is packed with entries after each excursion, and this task falls under their purview.
