🎓 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Qualifications (Essential/Minimum):

• National Diploma / BTech / BCom in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management
• OR ETDP Level 5 with a Technical Qualification

✔ General Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be under 30 years of age
• Successfully pass:
  • Selection process
  • Interviews
  • Psychometric assessment (conducted by Exxaro)
  • Medical Certificate of Fitness (conducted by Exxaro)

🎯 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the HR training programme
• Adhere to Company Rules & Regulations

📌 Additional Information:

🏠 Accommodation: Not provided by Exxaro
🚗 Transport: Candidates are responsible for their own transport. Where company transport is available, arrangements can be made per business unit policies.
💰 Stipend: A monthly stipend will be provided for the duration of the internship.
