  • Must have a Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Must be a resident of the City of Ekurhuleni (Proof of residence required)

☎️ On-the-Job Duties | Learnership Placement

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Support customers with orders, complaints, and general queries
  • Follow scripts and service guidelines to resolve issues
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Ensure professional, confidential, and friendly service delivery
  • Work in sync with team members to improve call handling and satisfaction
