- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Support customers with orders, complaints, and general queries
- Follow scripts and service guidelines to resolve issues
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure professional, confidential, and friendly service delivery
- Work in sync with team members to improve call handling and satisfaction
