The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This is more than a warehouse job—it’s a key role in ensuring every product reaches the right hands, at the right time, in perfect condition. You’ll work across inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and customer-facing collection duties.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Inbound Logistics
Coordinate courier collections and monitor deliveries daily
Raise red flags early—report issues to your supervisor immediately
Assist with receiving goods and offloading containers when needed
Outbound Logistics
Pick and pack customer orders accurately (100% accuracy expected!)
Prepare and dispatch orders with efficiency and care
Use Acumatica to update order status and track shipments
Follow customer-specific packing instructions—labels, markings, the works
️ Stock & Inventory
Keep inventory organized using the FIFO method
Help with monthly stocktakes—zero tolerance for variances
Always know where things are and keep the place tidy
欄 Customer Collection Support
Prepare and invoice collection orders
Handle credit card transactions and provide friendly service
Ensure documentation is spot-on and orders are clearly signed off
Keep the collection room neat and professional

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
Matric (Grade 12)
Storekeeping & stock control certification (advantageous)
1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics role
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel & internet tools
Experience with courier services & warehouse software a plus
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Thrive on structure, order, and accuracy
Communicate clearly and politely with team members and clients
Are a self-starter who takes initiative without micromanagement
Understand the importance of health, safety, and security in warehousing
Can lift, carry, push, and pull stock as required
