About the Role

Join MPOWER as a Purchase Processing Manager, where you’ll lead the procurement process from inventory purchasing to staff supervision. This critical role ensures smooth and efficient operations within the Purchase Processing Department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full purchasing process

Handle stock replenishment and order processing

Supervise and allocate tasks to purchasing staff

Improve administrative efficiency and department workflow

Maintain and manage supplier relations

Monitor compliance and mitigate procurement risks

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)

BCom Degree or currently studying towards a relevant qualification

At least 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain

Minimum 5 years’ management experience

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with exceptional planning ability

Strategic mindset with problem-solving capability

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Leadership and people management expertise

Detail-oriented with high diligence

Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
