Role Overview:
As a Retail Specialist Consultant at Smollan, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing promotional activities, and ensuring client and customer satisfaction. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing the retail experience and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Expense Control: Oversee expenses within the retail operations to ensure cost-effective practices.
Promotional Activity Management: Drive promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
Sales Management: Focus on achieving sales targets and optimizing performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential Experience: 2-3 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
Minimum Experience: 0-5 years of related industry experience.
Education: Diploma/NQF Level 5 qualification.
License: Valid driver’s license is required.
