💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- ☎️ Conduct outbound & inbound calls to engage potential clients
- 🧠 Assess client financial health through skilled questioning
- 📥 Manage lead inbox and pipeline using CRM software
- 💬 Provide expert advice on the debt review process
- 🎯 Achieve and exceed sales targets and daily KPIs
- ✅ Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act
- 🤝 Build long-lasting client relationships and handle objections professionally
🌟 Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ tele-sales experience in financial services or insurance
- Proven success in a commission-based sales role
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (additional South African languages are a plus)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation & objection-handling skills
- CRM and call centre software proficiency
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years experience selling financial products, preferably in a call centre
- Understanding of the debt review process is highly advantageous
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
