🛍️ Your Daily Hustle – Key Responsibilities

⭐ Customer Connection

  • Greet every customer with energy and confidence
  • Help them find the perfect product
  • Share product knowledge and offer styling advice
  • Use upselling and cross-selling skills to maximize basket size (UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate, Turnover)

⭐ Brand Ambassador Duties

  • Rock the GALXBOY uniform with pride
  • Maintain high grooming and presentation standards
  • Bring attitude and professionalism to every shift

⭐ Visual Merchandising Magic

  • Know the full product range inside out (materials, care instructions, and pricing)
  • Keep displays fresh, folded, steamed, tagged, and space-optimized
  • Follow Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines to keep the vibe strong and inviting

⭐ Stockroom Warrior

  • Keep stock organized, clean, and easy to access
  • Update managers on stock levels, fast-sellers, and re-stock needs

⭐ Operations & Housekeeping

  • Arrive on time, clock in/out, and stick to roster guidelines
  • Process sales at the POS (cash, card, and other payment methods)
  • Follow cash-up and variance procedures accurately

🧑‍💻 What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric). Further education? Big plus!
  • Experience: 1-2 years in retail? Even better!
  • Skills:
    ✅ Computer literate
    ✅ Solid customer service experience
    ✅ Knowledge of retail operations
    ✅ Passion for streetwear and fashion trends
