🛒 What You’ll Do – Day to Day Responsibilities
Proactively sell policies and value-added services to qualified leads
Build strong, respectful relationships with customers and lead providers
Maximize every sales opportunity, including cross-selling where applicable
Use persuasive communication and needs-based selling to close deals
Handle objections professionally and turn rejections into opportunities
Keep accurate records, follow up diligently, and meet monthly targets
Collaborate with peers to share strategies, boost morale, and increase sales

🧾 The Essentials – What We Need from You
Matric / Grade 12 – Required
FETC: Short-Term Insurance NQF Level 4 – Required
RE5 Certificate – Required
Must comply with all FAIS regulatory standards (Fit & Proper, DOFA)

💼 Experience That Sets You Apart
Minimum 3 years of call centre sales experience
2 years’ experience in Term Warranty or Service Plan sales
Fluency in English plus one other South African official language

Time management and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
