Apply the 6 Elements of Selling to close deals and drive revenue
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends
Get certified in Salesperson Protocols unique to Cash Crusaders
Retail Floor Leadership
Keep the retail space clean, organized, and customer-friendly
Ensure visual merchandising is on-point and aligned with brand standards
Test and present products with confidence and accuracy
Assist in stock management and loss prevention
Customer Connection
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations
Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
Encourage return visits and build lasting customer relationships
Perform well during mystery shopper evaluations
