Your Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver an Exceptional Shopping Experience
- Assist shoppers in locating products and answer their queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
2. Seamless Transaction Processing
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Process Lay-Bys and customer refunds.
- Ensure till balancing and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
3. Merchandising & Display
- Ensure products are priced correctly and displayed attractively.
- Maintain product availability and organize stock on the sales floor.
- Contribute to keeping the store clean and organized.
4. Risk Management
- Ensure products are tagged according to company policy.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory management.
- Stay vigilant to identify and report shoplifting or fraudulent activities.
5. Embrace Company Values
