🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Stock Management & Control
Place orders after receiving approval from Project/Assistant Catering Manager
Match prices and quantities with purchase orders and invoices
Perform weekly/monthly stocktakes and maintain optimal stock levels
Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Conduct quality checks on all incoming goods
Supervise proper labeling and storage
Ensure storeroom, fridge, and freezer are clean, locked, and organized
Team Support & Leadership
Supervise store associates
Weigh and issue food items to production teams
Implement control systems and support weekend operations when needed

📚 What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
Matric essential; Logistics qualification is a plus
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Hospitality background is an advantage (training provided)
Valid driver’s license required
Bonus Skills:
Experience with stock systems and basic supervision
Prior exposure to food service or catering environments
