Position Overview
We’re hiring a Storeman / Driver / Forklift Operator to manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support our operations team. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment—this could be your next career move.
Your Key Responsibilities
Stock and Warehouse Management
Track and manage all incoming and outgoing stock
Monitor low stock and initiate reorders
Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts
Delivery Coordination
Plan and manage all factory and site deliveries
Ensure site readiness for deliveries (e.g., access, space, safety)
Procurement Support
Assist with ad-hoc procurement needs
Manage and report on damaged parts returned to the factory
Site Preparation Assessments
Identify offloading needs such as forklifts, labor, or hoarding
Liaise with relevant departments to obtain quotes and approvals
Ensure compliance with site delivery procedures
Tool and Vehicle Oversight
Conduct regular checks on tools and vehicles
Maintain accurate logs and report issues promptly
What You Need to Succeed
Matric Certificate
Valid Driver’s License (Minimum 3 years)
Forklift License (Minimum 3 years)
Own Vehicle
Computer Literacy
Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
