About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping users through hotline and online support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and suggestions via hotline and online channels.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalated issues professionally and provide timely feedback.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report first-line user feedback to ensure alignment with HQ requirements.
Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions on products, customer service, and company processes.
Product Knowledge Assessment: Take part in product examinations and pass related evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of call centre experience.
Telecom or aftersales experience is a plus.
Education & Skills:
Matric Certificate.
Fluent in English, Afrikaans, and Zulu (read, write, speak).
Typing speed of at least 37 words per minute.
Strong communication and customer care skills.
Personal Attributes:
Able to work independently.
Willingness to work shifts, Saturdays, and Public Holidays.
Familiar with service policies and call centre procedures.
