About Triton Academy
Triton Academy, a TETA-accredited training provider, develops future leaders in the logistics industry. We offer nationally recognised courses in Freight Handling and Professional Driving for both employees and unemployed youth. Training takes place in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town – with opportunities to support customers across South Africa.
We are currently creating a talent pool of motivated individuals for our upcoming National Certificate: Professional Driving Learnership. This 12-month programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience in the logistics sector.

What You’ll Do
During the learnership, you will gain exposure to:
- 📦 Picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching stock
- 🚚 Loading, off-loading, and securing goods for safe transport
- 📝 Working with freight documentation
- 🛻 Preparing vehicles for trips and handling deliveries/collections
- 🧹 Maintaining housekeeping standards in the workplace
- 🔧 Performing ancillary duties as required
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- ✅ Be a South African citizen aged 23 – 35 years
- ✅ Hold Grade 12 / TVET N3 / NQF Level 2 (40% or more in Maths & English)
- ✅ Be medically fit with a clear criminal record
- ✅ Be able to read, write, and work with numbers
- ✅ Be willing to work weekends and shifts
- ✅ Reside in or around: Germiston, Alberton, Boksburg, Johannesburg

- 💻 Basic computer literacy
- 🏭 Previous work experience
